Unleash the Beast with our Synergee Rhino Bar. This bar performs superbly under pressure – 190K PSI, to be exact. It weighs a solid 45 lbs and has a 29 mm diameter. It is intentionally built to withstand your heaviest lifting sessions so you can lift, drop, repeat until your body becomes engrained with your gains.

Our Steel Bar has a Ceramic Coated shaft and Black Phosphate sleeves, giving it a tough as nails, no-nonsense look. This bar is meant for a serious lifter – it has aggressive (but not sharp) volcano knurling, center knurling, and one set of powerlifting marks. It is rigid, has little whip, but still exhibits a smooth spin.

Ceramic Coating is SO HOT RIGHT NOW -- and for good reason! Our Rhino Bar bears a Ceramic finish on the shaft. This layer protects the steel bar from corrosion, abrasions, and rusting. Your bar will last longer and continue to look great, rep after rep. CENTER & STANDARD KNURL.

This barbell comes with knurl for your hands and a center knurl for your back/front. It stays in place in your hands for your lifts; and when you front or back squat it will hold tight to your back or chest. Looks professional. Works great. CONSTRUCTED WITH BUSHINGS.

Bushings combined with little flex creates a barbell fit for heavy squatters, deadlifters, and pressers. Since this bar isn't intended for consistent Olympic lifting, bearings are unnecessary. These bushings hold your plates on the bar with little spin while you test your brute strength!
